Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If by any chance you are unhappy with your merchandise, please contact us directly at (888) 415-4321 or access our customer service section for detailed information. We promise to do everything we can to make it right.
At any time within 30 days of your purchase, if you are dissatisfied with your merchandise for any reason, you may return your products for a refund. There is a 15% restocking fee. To do so, please follow the steps below:

1) Contact customer service for a Return Authorization (RMA) at (888) 415-4321.
2) Please pack all unused items in their original packaging along with all manuals, included accessories and enclose a copy of your purchase receipt that was emailed to you. If you no longer have a copy of the receipt, please include a copy of a proof of purchase like a credit card statement referencing the charge.
3) Ship the return package insured using UPS or FedEx to:

4) Once your item is dispatched, please email us at info@humidoraficionado.com with the tracking number so we have a record of your return shipment.

Upon receipt of the package, we will go ahead and issue a refund in the same form that payment was made. Credit cards will receive a credit to their account.

* All merchandise returned to us for a refund must be unused and in its original packaging. Basically, we must receive all merchandise exactly as you received it. Please do not write directly on the packaging. The box must not have any marks on it other than the shipping label. If the above requirements are not met, a refund will not be issued. In the rare instance you receive an incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately to arrange for an exchange. Again, returned/exchanged merchandise must be in its original packaging as it was received. Humidor Aficionado reserves the right to repair or replace defective or damaged items at its discretion.
Please note: we do not issue refunds for any personalized items such as engraved humidors, name plates, etched glass, etc. We also do not issue refunds or permit returns for any items on sale or for any purchases that include free bonus items. Shipping and handling are not refundable. If the returned merchandise arrives at our facility damaged we will inform you so you can file a claim with your carrier. Items that were sent to you with Free Shipping will be refunded less our shipping costs to you.
Customers are responsible for covering the "to" & "return" shipping costs unless the product is deemed/signed damaged upon arrival.
